After being in business for ten years and experiencing significant growth, FCI sought a process-driven method of improvement. We did this with the goal of providing our customers with the assurance that we will consistently deliver on-time, error-free service. FCI has achieved this goal with the implementation of ISO 9001:2000.

ISO is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality. ISO 9001:2000 is a set of standards maintained by the International Organization of Standardization and the American National Standards Institute. These standards provide a structure of required processes designed to provide methods for continuous improvement in all areas of our business.

FCI enjoys the distinction as one of only a handful of fulfillment companies in the U.S. to obtain ISO certification.
